El Rincón del Kamaleón
The menu at El Rincón del Kamaleón is a gastronomic proposal available on weekends, combining traditional flavours and quality local products, with extra virgin olive oil as one of the key ingredients of the experience. The proposal begins with a selection of starters: mixed olives and fried almonds, a selection of Iberian cured meats including pork loin, Iberian salchichón, Iberian chorizo and cabezá, Manchego cheese with early-harvest extra virgin olive oil from Coop. Cabra del Santo Cristo, homemade Cazorla partridge pâté with jam and extra virgin olive oil, traditional homemade black pudding toast, assorted creamy croquettes and grilled prawn. As a second course, guests can choose between Iberian pork abanico or lagarto with garnish, sirloin steak with pepper sauce and garnish, baked sea bass with sautéed vegetables, or cod confit with creamy aioli, honey, spinach and Manchego-style ratatouille. The menu ends with a puff pastry millefeuille with pastry cream, whipped cream and ice cream.
