San Blas Urban Challenge

The San Blas Urban Challenge is an urban race held in Cambil-Arbuniel, passing through some of the most distinctive parts of the town centre. In its thirteenth edition, this event has become a demanding sporting challenge, designed for participants in good physical condition and lovers of urban races with elevation gain.

The circuit is 4,840 metres long and has a positive elevation gain of 284 metres. The route winds through the streets of Cambil and climbs more than 400 steps up to Alhabar Castle, turning the race into an intense sporting experience closely connected to local heritage.

Organised by Cambil-Arbuniel Town Council, the event includes specific signage, timing, medical support, a runner’s bag, technical T-shirt, fruit, drinks, a tasting of typical local products and trophies.
