Aceites La Casona, from Agropecuaria El Puerto S.L., develops in Pegalajar a family project deeply connected to the landscape of Sierra Mágina and to the organic cultivation of mountain olive groves. On a 50-hectare estate surrounded by mountain ranges and olive trees, the company produces organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil following a philosophy based on respect for the land, soil regeneration and the natural balance of the environment. The character of these high-altitude olive groves, together with the climate and the unique features of the terrain, gives each harvest its own personality and authenticity.
