"Titos Bolívar" Meat Industries

"Titos Bolívar" Meat Industries, in Noalejo, is a family-run company with more than 50 years of tradition in the artisan production of hams and cured meats. Generation after generation, the family has preserved a homemade and traditional know-how, using selected pork cuts and carefully managing the curing process in natural drying rooms and cellars to obtain products recognised for their aroma, flavour and quality.

Located in a Sierra Mágina municipality set at over 1,000 metres above sea level, Titos Bolívar benefits from Noalejo’s climate, an ideal setting for cured meat production. The company combines the area’s charcuterie tradition with modern facilities and strict technical and hygiene controls, producing items such as onion black pudding, chorizo, salchichón and butifarra with the authentic character of the mountains.
