Casa Perillo

Casa Perillo, in Jódar, produces artisan crisps with a focus on simplicity, product quality and authentic flavour. Made from selected potatoes and fried in olive oil, its products preserve a traditional way of understanding snacks, where careful preparation and high-quality ingredients are essential to maintaining the full character and texture of the product.
