Conde de Argillo

Conde de Argillo, produced by Arroyovil S.L. in Mancha Real, is born at the Arroyovil Estate, located on the foothills of Sierra Mágina, a landscape of century-old olive groves, natural springs and mountain scenery deeply connected to the culture of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Its more than 8,000 Picual olive trees are cultivated in a natural environment where the water from the estate’s own springs plays an essential role in maintaining the balance of the olive groves. The result is olive oils with great personality, rich in oleic acid and natural antioxidants, reflecting the character of the territory and the careful attention given to the fruit from the grove itself.

The estate combines olive-growing tradition, quality and oleotourism experiences, allowing visitors to discover the culture of olive oil and the landscape of Sierra Mágina firsthand. Through initiatives such as Degusta Jaén and Oleotour, Conde de Argillo invites visitors to experience the olive harvest process and to explore a way of understanding EVOO based on respect for the land, authenticity and the connection between nature, gastronomy and tradition.
