Casa Bigote
Casa Bigote, in Jódar, is a family-run business located at the gateway to the Sierra Mágina Natural Park that has kept the artisan tradition of the region’s cured meats alive for two generations. Its gastronomic proposal is based on the production of chorizos, black pudding and cooked sausages using carefully controlled meat and natural spices, preserving a method of production closely linked to authentic flavour and careful craftsmanship. The absence of additives, preservatives, gluten and allergens also reflects a strong commitment to quality and to a more natural approach to food production.
The company guarantees traceability and quality control throughout the entire process, combining artisan expertise and attention to detail to create products closely connected to the gastronomic identity of Sierra Mágina. This work has been recognised with the Degusta Jaén quality label, which highlights some of the province’s most representative and carefully crafted agri-food products.
