Aceite Viana

Aceite Viana is a producer and retail outlet of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Garcíez, founded in 1997 by Juan Salcedo Lorite (“Juanito”) after a lifetime devoted to olive growing. His work reflects the natural rhythm of the mountains: from caring for the olive trees to harvesting and milling the freshly picked olives, which are bottled immediately to preserve their full essence.

This story is enriched by the culinary legacy of Luisa Martínez, who brings more than fifty years of experience and is recognised as an ambassador of olive oil and recipient of the Andalucía Tourism Award 2015. A project that connects landscape, culture and flavour, inviting visitors to discover Sierra Mágina through its olive oil as well.
