Aceites La Dehesa, in Jódar, is a family-run company with more than a century of history dedicated to the production, bottling and marketing of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Its story reflects the evolution of olive oil culture in Sierra Mágina, while always maintaining a close connection to the olive groves and to a way of working based on dedication, experience and the pursuit of the highest quality.

Over generations, the olive mill has adapted its processes to new technologies without losing the traditional essence of olive oil production. From the old millstones and traditional press mats to today’s continuous extraction systems, the company has evolved to preserve the full qualities of freshly harvested olives and to produce oils that retain all the personality and authenticity of the territory
