Aceites Monva, in Mancha Real, develops an olive-growing project deeply connected to the landscape and olive oil culture of Sierra Mágina, working with both Picual olives and wild acebuchina olives. Its traditionally cultivated Picual olives produce intense oils rich in natural antioxidants, while the acebuchina — the wild ancestor of the olive tree — offers delicate and distinctive profiles, with fresh aromatic notes and remarkable personality. Early harvesting and careful handling of the fruit from the grove are essential parts of a philosophy focused on preserving the oil’s full natural expression.

At its olive mill, the company combines experience and precision at every stage of the process, from the manual harvesting of acebuchina olives using the traditional “milking” method to the milling, centrifugation and decanting of the oil. Each step is designed to preserve the sensory qualities and excellence of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, reflecting an approach rooted in the territory, innovation and deep respect for the product.
