Ingredients
3/4 cup of sugar, 1/2 cups of breadcrumbs, 1/2 cups of chopped walnuts, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 of teaspoon of ground cloves, 1/4 of teaspoon of nutmeg, 2 large beaten eggs, 2/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, 1 tablespoon orange zest. 1/2 cup of sunflower oil, icing sugar.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 º C. Grease the mold with oil. In a bowl, mix the nuts and sugar. Add the beaten eggs, the juice and the orange zest and the oil until you get a dough. We incorporate the spices.
Put the dough in the mold making a little pressure. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool to room temperature. At the moment of serving, sprinkle with icing sugar.
