250 gr. of cod, 400 gr. flour, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika, 3 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 green pepper, 1/2 red pepper, 200 gr. of clams, 200 gr. of prawns, seasonal vegetables, 7 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, pepper, cumin, saffron, 1 sprig of mint and water.

Preparation
The rags are made with hare, fresh vegetables and homemade pasta. It is one of the most emblematic dishes of the mountains and is served first. Another first option is migas with mountain sausages.
