Put a little oil in the pan, when it is hot, put the rabbit and sauté.

Then add the green pepper, onion, mushrooms, artichokes, tomato, all this in small pieces, salt and a little ground pepper, then add the water with a little coloring and let it all boil together, until the rabbit is tender.

Add the rice and let it boil for about 20 minutes, until the rice is just right.

Put some strips of pepper previously roasted.

This dish should be a bit soupy.
