Ingredients

250 gr of Manchego cheese, 1 l of sheep's milk, 100 gr of arugula leaf, 300 gr of red tomato jam, 100 gr of chopped black truffle, 300 gr of red tomato jam, 100 gr of olive oil, 1 green apple in squares, almonds and toasted corn flakes.

Preparation

Infuse the milk and the Manchego cheese until it melts. Put it to cool in the appropriate container.

In the center of the plate, on top of the cream, add a tablespoon of red tomato jam, the cheese, apple and truffle cubes around it and a small salad of arugula leaves. Finish with a few drops of oil to marinate the black truffle.
