Ingredients

Ripe tomatoes, fresh chives, cucumbers, green pepper, salt, garlic, tuna (optional), boiled eggs, cumin, wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

Preparation

Peel the tomatoes and chop them into very small pieces. Place them in the salad bowl and add the fresh chives, chopped in julienne, the bell pepper and the cucumber, all finely chopped. Add the tuna and the crumbled boiled egg. Crush the garlic in the mortar, together with the salt and cumin. Add the extra virgin olive oil and vinegar. Finally, a little water is added and the mixture is poured into the salad.
