Ingredients
1 L. of liquid cream, 200 ml. of special milk for hotels, 200 gr. of white sugar, 10 sheets of neutral gelatin and 250 ml. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Preparation
In a stainless steel or similar container, mix all the ingredients, except the milk that is reserved for, once it is warm, dilute the gelatin sheets in it. At room temperature, add to the previous mixture, stirring with a rod to homogenize the union of all the components. Mold in an appropriate container, preferably rectangular in shape. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Unmold and cut the portions according to criteria. Finally, garnish the dessert with a chocolate syrup to enhance and contrast the flavor of the “Liquid Gold”.
