Ingredients

A dozen eggs, the zest of 2 lemons, the juice of half a lemon, a glass of dry brandy, 4 tubes of vanilla extract, 4 water shells, 12 milk shells, flour that admits, sugar to sprinkle them, and extra virgin olive oil.

Preparation

In a deep bowl we split the eggshells and deposit the whites and yolks, (we reserve one of them as a measure, for which through a hole made in the upper part we extract the yolk and the white, leaving it hollow and ensuring that Do not break). We beat the eggs with the vanilla. We add the zest of the two lemons and the juice of half of one of them, the brandy, the 4 water shells and the 12 milk shells, and we stir everything, adding the flour until we get a clear dough. In a frying pan with very hot oil we put a metal mold in the shape of the flower, we take it out and we wet it in the tray obtained without covering it completely. Once impregnated in it, we introduce it into the pan and the dough will begin to fry, detaching itself from the mold, we remove it and leave it. Finally we sprinkle them with the sugar.
