Ingredients

1 Kg of pork in small-medium size tacos, 200 gr of almonds, 4 Onions

Preparation

Fry the almonds and set aside, season with salt and then sauté the meat over medium heat. In the same oil, fry the onion cut in julienne. When it is blanched, add the meat; sauté everything, stirring well, and add the wine. Cook for about 5 or 7 minutes. Add the finely chopped almonds and the cream, and cook uncovered, stirring from time to time (see salt point) until the meat is tender and the sauce is thick.
