Ingredients

1 large lettuce, washed, drained, dried, and small chopped, 1 bunch of watercress, washed, drained, dried, and chopped, ¼ cup fresh chopped chives, 1/3 cup fresh chopped dill leaves, 1 teaspoon grated orange peel, 1 tablespoon lemon blossom honey, 1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, salt, ground black pepper

Preparation

Put the cut lettuce in a salad bowl. Add the watercress. Add the chives and dill. Put the grated orange and honey in a glass container with an adjustable lid. Add the orange and lemon juices. Shake vigorously until the honey has dissolved. Add the olive oil and salt, cover and shake until everything is well mixed. Pour over the salad and mix.

Sprinkle with black pepper and stir again. Serve immediately.
