Ingredients

-2 cloves of garlic
-Parsley
-Serrano ham
-2 eggs
-A splash of milk
-Bread crumbs
-Oil to fry them

Preparation

STEP 1
Finely chop the garlic cloves, a little parsley and a little Serrano ham.

STEP 2
In a plate or a bowl we beat the eggs. When they are beaten we add a splash of milk (this is so that the fillings are more fluffy). Mix it and add the chopped garlic, parsley and ham.

STEP 3
Next, we add breadcrumbs over the egg until it is covered. We let it rest for about 10 minutes and mix it. If we see that it is very liquid, then we add more breadcrumbs to achieve a dough with consistency.

STEP 4
Now we have to make balls, about the size of a large egg. As it is a sticky dough, we will have to make them with a spoon. We are separating parts of the dough and giving them shape. With these amounts, about 8-10 fillings will come out.

We are putting these balls in a pan, with plenty of hot oil, over medium heat. We leave them on one side until they are golden brown, we turn them over and do the same on that side. They don't take long to brown.

STEP 6
We will add the fillings to the water in which the other ingredients are being cooked (chickpeas, potatoes, meat ...) for about 10-15 minutes, so that they are soaked.
