Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 green peppers
  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 glass of olive juice
  • Salt

Preparation

In a dornillo, crush the garlic with one of the two green peppers and a little salt. The remaining peppers are chopped, as we will do with the tomatoes, but without their skin. Everything is mixed, rectified with salt and seasoned with the olive juice.
