Ingredients

2 large onions, 2 cucumbers, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1/2 of vinegar, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 bun of bread crumbs, a few grams of pepper.

Preparation

In a large mortar, crush the garlic, pepper and peeled cucumbers for ten minutes until a paste is formed. Oil and vinegar are added and everything is stirred with the mortar hammer. Add the bread crumbs and, slowly, half a liter of water, season it and leave it to rest in a cool place for 30 minutes. When served, add the finely chopped onion.
