Ingredients

200 gr of flour, 1/2 glass (of the water ones) of white wine, a few grains of anise, liquid honey, a pinch of salt and extra virgin olive oil.

Preparation

In a frying pan we heat 3 tablespoons of oil. In a saucepan we heat half a glass of white wine. In a bowl we put the flour and over it we pour the oil that we have heated and the boiling wine, we add the anise grains, and stir with a wooden spoon until obtaining a homogeneous dough, which we will dump on a floured surface, kneading it by hand , and shaping it into a ball, letting it rest in a cool, dry place covered with a cloth for an hour. After that time we stretch the dough with the roller, leaving it with a very fine thickness and taking care that it does not break. We cut it into rectangles of about 13 by 8 cm. We roll them diagonally and with wet fingers press the point of union so that when frying them they do not fall apart. We fry them in batches in very hot oil. We drain them, and finally they are bathed in liquid honey.
