Ingredients

Ground almonds, sugar (same quantity as almonds), orange blossom water, ground cinnamon, crushed cloves, almond oil, nutmeg, sifted sugar, dough of dumplings, extra virgin olive oil.

Preparation

We mix the sugar with the ground almonds, the orange blossom water, the cinnamon, the cloves, the nutmeg and a little almond oil and this mass will be the filling of the empanadillas that we will fry in abundant olive oil. We will sprinkle with sifted sugar and very little cinnamon.
