Ingredients
200 grams of crumb bread, 2 deciliters of oil, 50 grams of sugar, 2 eggs, 1/4 liters of oil, 100 grams of honey, ground cinnamon.
Preparation
The eggs are beaten. The milk is placed in a bucket. Two cm thick slices of crumb bread are cut, removing the crust. Then they are bathed in the milk, drained and passed through the sugar spread on the kitchen marble; they are sprinkled with cinnamon and dipped in the smoothie, frying them in very hot oil. When they are removed from the pan, they drain perfectly, are placed in a bowl and drizzled with the honey.
