Ingredients

500 gr of almond flour, 100 gr of wheat flour, 1dl. of milk, 8 eggs, 150 grams of sliced almonds, 500 grams of sugar, 50 grams of ground sugar, 1 cup of orange blossom water, 1 cup of cinnamon.

Preparation

First we beat the eggs with the sugar, until they acquire a creamy consistency. We put the milk, the almond flour and finally the wheat flour. Mix with a spatula and add the cinnamon and orange blossom water. We fill the molds, we put the sliced almonds and the ground sugar. We bake at 180º C.
