500 gr de farine d'amande, 100 gr de farine de blé, 1dl. de lait, 8 œufs, 150 grammes d'amandes effilées, 500 grammes de sucre, 50 grammes de sucre moulu, 1 tasse d'eau de fleur d'oranger, 1 tasse de cannelle.

préparation

First we beat the eggs with the sugar, until they acquire a creamy consistency. We put the milk, the almond flour and finally the wheat flour. Mix with a spatula and add the cinnamon and orange blossom water. We fill the molds, we put the sliced almonds and the ground sugar. We bake at 180º C.
