Ingredients
1 liter of oil, 6 eggs, 150 g of sugar, 100 g of flour, 150 ml. of extra virgin olive oil.
Preparation
We heat the milk, set it aside and reserve it. We mix everything together - the eggs, the sugar, the flour - and then we add the reserved milk. Before it cools, we add the oil and put it in the freezer, moving it from time to time so that everything sets evenly.
