Ingredients

  • ½ Kg. Of dried beans
  • A pig's ear
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Cumin
  • Garlic
  • Peppers
  • Salt

Preparation

The ear is cooked for an hour, and in that broth the beans are cooked, once cooked they make a sauce with the garlic, onion, tomato, paprika, cumin and salt, when the sauce is done it is combined with the cooked beans and put on the fire for a while, it can be garnished with fried chorizo pieces.
