Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 piece of sweet white onion (chives type)
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 2 slices of Serrano ham
  • 4 glasses of water
  • 1/2 glass of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Cut the bread into small pieces, the sliced garlic and the onion into small pieces. Fry the bread in a pan with olive oil, so that they are golden brown and reserve.

In a saucepan, add a good drizzle of olive oil once hot, pass the ham slices, round and round, taking care not to burn them, remove and reserve.

Add the garlic and onion, salt to taste and fry until golden brown, at that time add the water (calculate approximately four glasses for a plate, if necessary add more).

Let it boil for about twenty minutes. Rectify with salt.

In a dish beat the egg and add it to the saucepan, let it set for one or two minutes. Remove the soup from the heat.
