Since its foundation in 1989, Olivar de Segura is a cooperative company that brings together more than 5,000 families of small farmers. Its operation is based on the need to collaborate between them to access a common benefit, consolidating shared resources and improving the situation of the thousands of people who are part of this project.

Organized through its 12 oil mills, Olivar de Segura's production is the main economic pillar for the rural territory where it operates. With its work model, it jointly promotes the solidarity and professionalism of all its members.
