The mill is a hydraulic construction from at least Roman times that was used for grinding cereal. The initial remains could be dated to Roman times, although later greatly improved in the 16th century when it was bought by Francisco de los Cobos. The existing remains allow us to contemplate various arches of the aqueduct, the water storage tank and the hydraulic drive.
