A sweet sensation on the nose with herbaceous notes and intense spices. An intense fresh aroma of green olives with notes of assorted herbs. On the palate it has a pleasant spiciness that gradually moves to the throat. It has hints of green apple, grass, acorn shell and green nuts (green almond).

A balanced oil although the positive spicy attribute is slightly more prominent than the bitter. It leaves a very fresh sensation in the mouth and has a long, persistent aftertaste.
