It is a fortified flour mill that takes its name from the stream of the cube, it was built by the Order of Calatrava in 1437. It is the largest and best-preserved fortified mill built by the Military Orders of the southern peninsula. In this place, going down towards the bed of the Cubo stream, we find a place of high ecological and scenic value.
