Excelsior is a family bakery that, despite having been serving people for 20 years, is always innovating. We have gone from making 30% of the products we offer to making 90% ourselves. This is achieved thanks to many years of apprenticeship and pastry practice. We are an enterprising family that introduces new sweets and drinks every year with the hope of constantly improving. We are famous in Linares for our melted ham and cheese toasts.

Furthermore, in 2018 we launched the project "Chachepó, typical sweet from Linares", a commercial campaign in order to make Chachepó known throughout Spain. Since then, we have been very successful. Currently, we are part of various prestigious platforms: Degusta Jaén, ArtCua (Andalusian Culinary Art) and Aroma Jaén. We attend gastronomic fairs weekly and have participated in such important events as FITU R, the Ibero-American Chess Championship, Expoliva or the Horse Fair.
Finally, we are also a social company. Since the launch of the Chachepó we have assiduously collaborated with the NGO HOLA GHANA in the construction of the “Asuoya Learning Center”, and this Christmas a full euro was allocated from each box to finance the university studies of an NGO scholarship holder. Proof that Chachepó has transcended international borders is that we traveled to Ghana in 2018 and 2019, as part of a cooperation trip.
