How to get
As if it were an oasis, the place of Las Chorreras crosses Valdepeñas de Jaén, a meandering river surrounded by huge trees that make this a unique and spectacular place, where entering it means immersing yourself in a different place, surrounded by nature , full of tranquility where the only sounds that surround us are the singing of the birds to the sound of the wild waters that slide and fall over and over again through innumerable jumps along the entire route.
A route that from its birth to the Walk of Blood Donors measures more than 1,000 meters, and all this a step away from Valdepeñas de Jaén.
The route can be made from the blood donor walkway and the chorrillo park, from which we enter the path to the Vadillo, accompanying the river all the way and crossing its wooden bridges. But in addition to the above, one of the most striking points is the great waterfall that we find in this part of the Sierra Sur. A waterfall of more than 15 meters that falls before us and that we can enjoy at its very base while its waters fall and joins the Vadillo River.
This entire route will give us beautiful moments that will leave us astonished, from the great waterfall, through the bridges that cross the Vadillo river or the area of the sleeping trees. From start to finish it is a dream place, like something out of a story and it is only one step away from Valdepeñas de Jaén.
