Family oil mill located in the heart of the olive grove in a strategically located 17th century farmhouse, very close to the city of Úbeda, a World Heritage city.

The family business with a long olive-growing tradition is dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees with techniques that respect the environment and the conservation of the soil and elaborates, packages and markets an extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality, with olives coming solely and exclusively from the farm, under the brand "Cortijo Spiritu_Santo"

All visitors are offered the possibility of making contact with the exciting world of the olive grove through guided tours of the olive grove and the oil mill, and the realization of oil tasting-tastings and gastronomic tasting of four dishes made with its organic oil and two drinks.
