OLEO PERALES S.L. is a family business from Baeza, Jaén dedicated to the elaboration and commercialization of Extra Virgin Olive Oil of its own production.

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil PRADOLIVO is an olive juice of extraordinary organoleptic qualities obtained from the best olives from our own olive groves located in a privileged environment such as Sierra Mágina, Baeza and Linares.

As farmers we personally take care of the work and care of the field throughout the year, always advised by a team of agronomists. We are also at the forefront of harvesting the fruit, a phase of vital importance and conditioned by the meteorological inclemencies that sometimes hinder the normal development of the campaign. To alleviate these difficulties, we have adapted our farms in order to carry out a more agile, optimal and efficient harvesting with modern plantations, the most advanced machinery and the best prepared professionals, which guarantees us greater care and care of the fruit to that at no time be damaged and arrive at the mill in perfect condition. It is there where we will carry out a cold grinding, thus avoiding the volatilization of the aromas and, in turn, preserving all organoleptic power, thus obtaining an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of exceptional quality.

Regarding the commercialization, members of our own family are in charge of the promotion and distribution of our oils, thus guaranteeing a seriousness and direct and close treatment with the client.
