The new oil mill is built on a 160,000 m2 plot located on the outskirts of the municipality, it includes a factory with 12 production lines and more than 11,000 m2, four industrial warehouses, several warehouses and a 2-storey social building, with 1,800 meters built.

The project has involved the movement of 145,000 m3 of earth and the use of 1,200 piles with a diameter of 45 cm. At 85 cm. And from 14 to 18 m. deep; 15,000 m3 of concrete; 1,215,000 kg. Steel in structure; 35,000 m2 of roofing sheets and honeycombs; and 6,151 m. of effluent conduction sanitation pipes. Likewise, the lands have required the erection of a retaining wall to prevent landslides. 500 trees have also been planted.
