We are artisans in traditional cuisine and game, being pioneers in the production of partridge and its derivatives. Our recipes include pickled or stewed partridges, partridge salads, bush meats, various seasonal vegetables, etc. All of this watered with the best EVOO's in the province. Likewise, our migas with pheasant and those roasted in an Arabic wood oven are traditional, and of course, our genuine OP partridge pate.
