Juan's cuisine is based on tradition, on stews, broths, backgrounds... all that passion inherited from his grandmother Juana, after whom he named the restaurant and with whom he had a special connection. In the dining room we can eat the menu, or tasting menus and a bar area, for the enjoyment of the diner in a more informal way.
