The museum is housed in a building dating from 1868, where municipal life developed for a century. The façade is made of ashlar stone with a reddish hue and has some very beautiful balconies made of wrought iron.

Monday to Sunday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. / 17 to 20: 30h.

It is made up of the donation of original works and documentation made by the Jacinto Higueras Fuentes family in 1963, in addition to the awards from the International Sculpture Contest that is held in memory of the sculptor. The exhibition spaces are articulated around the two floors of the building

On the lower floor we find a single room, with well-defined spaces; religious sculpture, the sculptor's family and monuments are exhibited in it. On the upper floor there are two rooms, in one there are portraits made by the sculptor and in the other the prizes of the International Sculpture Contest. The permanent exhibition only allows one to contemplate a part of the considerable volume of the work housed in the museum.
