In Mancha Real we will take, through Alameda de las Pilas, the so-called Repetidor highway, which in a constant and zigzagging ascent of 35 km. that leads us to the top of Almadén, one of the roofs of the province where the municipal limits of Cambil, Pegalajar and Torres converge

At 1,883 m. high above sea level, the visual basin is 360º, and practically the entire province can be seen from Almadén, including the peaks of Sierra Nevada. From the botanical point of view, the Almadén peak offers an interesting snapshot of the different bioclimatic levels, from the Oromediterranean to the Mesomediterranean, that exist in the Sierra Mágina Natural Park.
