It is in the Renaissance style with simple and simple shapes and is dedicated to the Patron Saint of the town, Santa Águeda. Its construction began in 1571, on the ruins of another already existing temple. The floor plan is box-shaped, that is, it consists of a single nave, covered with a wooden frame, according to the Mudejar tradition. The main chapel has a rectangular base, it is accessed by a staircase and through a large semicircular arch. Another part of special interest is the Bell Tower, a design by Andrés de Vandelvira. It is structured in three sections, separated by cornices, and that of the bells covered with half-orange domes. The factory of the entire building is made of ashlar masonry. The magnificent imagery also stands out, the carving of Santa Águeda from the 16th century and a carving of Jesus Crucified from the same time stand out.
