This temple, Iglesia Parroquial Mayor de Úbeda, constitutes the most significant overlapping of architectural styles in the city. On the main portal, late Renaissance like the side, stands out the relief of the Adoration of the Shepherds, based on a portrait of the Italian painter Zuccaro. The eastern gate, called the Consolada, is emblematic because it is from where our Father Jesús Nazareno makes his departure at dawn on Good Friday. It contains an interesting Cloister from the 15th century as well as noble chapels from the 15th and 16th centuries and numerous pieces of ironwork and paintings of maximum artistic representation. In this enclave part of the most representative sequences of the movie "Captain Alatriste" were shot.
