Elegant and proportionate facade, typical of the Mannerist classicism of the 17th century. The façade is divided into two floors, the one below has a doorway in the center and double rectangular lintel windows on the sides. The upper one has a gallery with 11 semicircular arches supported on double columns. The open character of the gallery contrasts with the solid and sober ground floor in the style of the Italian palaces of Quatrocento. The building housed the Houses of the Cabildos that occupied the upper part, the jail, in the lower right part and the Granary in the left part, its construction being completed in 1642. In 1983 it was declared a Site of Cultural Interest.
