Our Rural Housing is halfway between Torredonjimeno and Martos, next to the Equestrian Center "Las Viñas" and the Vía Verde del Aceite, in the Northern Countryside of Jaén, 2 km from Torredonjimeno, 3 from Martos and 11 km from Jaén capital. at exit 71 of the Autovía del Olivar 316 Jaén-Martos. It was built as a farmhouse in 1896 and later expanded as a farmhouse in 1927, by Don Francisco Calabrús Gómez, a property that the family continues to maintain. Originally dedicated to a summer residence and to the cultivation of vineyards and winemaking, which has allowed the winery to continue to be preserved today, intact since that date and a must-see for guests, due to its beauty and value.

Due to its location next to the Vía Verde and numerous rural roads, it is ideal for long walks on horseback, on foot, by bicycle, 4 × 4 or by motorcycle and enjoy the typical environment of the countryside of Jaén
