"Restaurante T?mesis" is the sum of the experience of its founders (1988) with the avant-garde and the different touch provided by the second generation formed by the couple Gabriela Ocraim (chef) and Paco Navarro (restaurant manager), the perfect tandem that manages a group of professionals specially trained to make the gastronomic experience of each customer unforgettable, regardless of whether they come once in their life or every week. His permanent research in the kitchens with the olive oil and other foods produced in Ja?n, has earned him several distinctions of the sector as the Young Chefs Award.
