"It is a comprehensive project that is going to remodel this Parque de la Libertad, which is almost 40 years old and had an image of deterioration," adds the deputy. In this way, in this first phase, the entire supply, sanitation and public lighting infrastructure is being changed. This action will continue in a second phase in which all the urban furniture will be completed, consisting of benches running around the tree pits and the children's play area, as well as the lining of the fountain and the decorative lighting of the complex.
