Llegada de la Hermandad de la Virgen de la Cabeza
April 26
Program
These images correspond to a very old tradition that consists of receiving, at the entrance of the town (first in Carchelejo and later in Cárchel) the Brotherhood of Colomera, which in turn goes to the Sanctuary of the Virgen de la Cabeza. Reception, properly speaking, a standard bearer on horseback is in charge of initiating the act, with the subsequent union of the flags.
Later, the brotherhoods of the town and that of Colomera go together towards the Church, where a Salve is sung, an act that lasts a few minutes, after which they pass through some streets of the town, until they reach the football field.
There the flags are waved to the delight of the residents of the town.
Later they go to Carchel where the process is repeated in the same way, although in a shorter way.
